Since 2019, we’ve proudly partnered with Glencore to produce high-impact creative content for their Graduate Program recruitment process, across their coal and metals operations.
Filmed on location throughout Australia and distributed online across Glencore’s online network, the videos showcase the breadth of graduate opportunities available—from technical site-based roles to professional career pathways spanning mine to market.
Our work included dynamic operational footage, engaging head office visuals, drone cinematography, interviews, behind-the-scenes storytelling, scripting, and professional voice-over production. In addition to the video assets, we created brochures, print and digital advertisements and collateral, ensuring the message was carried consistently across all channels.
The overall objective was showcasing Glencore’s inclusive culture, meaningful work, and exciting career paths—attracting top-tier graduates and future leaders to the industry.
